1. Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom-made and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size or item, please contact us at info@heritagelederhosen.de before returning the product.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, Leopard) as we are not responsible for lost returns.
