1. Return Policy
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom-made and personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
2. Refund Policy
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
3. Exchange Policy
- If you need a different size or item, please contact us at info@heritagelederhosen.de before returning the product.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL, FedEx, Leopard) as we are not responsible for lost returns.

- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.
